Visiting the website

Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, requested page or video, browser information and request time, to the infrastructure that delivers the site. Hosting providers may keep operational logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website. This is separate from optional analytics and can occur even if you reject analytics.

If you email us

Contact and demo links open your email application. Clicking does not send a message or submit a lead through the website. If you choose to send an email, we receive your address, message and any details you include, and use them to respond and follow up on your enquiry. Providing this information is voluntary; without a way to reply, we may be unable to help.

Optional website analytics

Only after you select “Accept analytics” do we load PostHog and send analytics events to its EU-hosted service. We use them to understand which content visitors find useful:

• Page views, selected demo/contact clicks, role selections, and video playback and progress events. Some task videos play automatically, so a playback event does not necessarily mean you clicked play.
• Random browser and session identifiers, event times, browser, operating system, device and screen information, and page/referrer information. URL query strings and fragments are removed from analytics events.

These identifiers can distinguish visits; the data is not necessarily anonymous. We do not attach your name, email address or message contents, record your screen, or enable advertising trackers. The analytics configuration disables IP-address capture, but network requests to PostHog still expose an IP address to its infrastructure.

We use browser local storage to remember your choice for up to 180 days. If accepted, PostHog also uses local storage for analytics identifiers and session storage for a per-tab identifier. You can remove these using your browser’s site-data controls.

Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to reject or withdraw consent at any time. The site remains available. Withdrawal stops future analytics and clears the local analytics identifiers; it does not delete events already received by PostHog. The consent choice is specific to this browser and site address. We use this explicit choice rather than the browser’s “Do Not Track” setting to control analytics.

Purposes and service providers

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for optional analytics, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and responding to business enquiries for technical information and correspondence. We may also process information to meet a legal obligation.

Information is available to those handling the website or your enquiry, and to hosting, email and analytics providers as needed for those services. We do not sell website visitor information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when legally required.

PostHog’s analytics service is hosted in the EU; Laibor.ai operates from Israel. Hosting and email providers may process information in other countries. Where required, international transfers must use applicable protections, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your data. PostHog’s privacy information explains its own practices.

Retention

The 180-day period is how long we remember your analytics choice, not an automatic deletion deadline for collected events. Browser storage can remain until cleared or replaced. We retain analytics only while needed to compare website engagement and improve content, and remove or aggregate records when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

We retain correspondence while needed to handle your enquiry, related follow-up and applicable legal obligations. Operational log retention depends on the hosting provider’s security and troubleshooting needs. Retention decisions take account of the information’s purpose, continued usefulness and any legal requirement to keep it.

Your rights and questions

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You can withdraw analytics consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need limited information to verify or locate the relevant records; browser-based analytics is not linked to your email address.

You can also raise a concern with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or the relevant privacy regulator where you live, including your EU/EEA data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner where applicable.

We will update this notice when our website practices change and show the revision date above. If analytics changes require new consent, we will ask for it.
